Launched five years ago, the Renault Clio R3T continues to win over converts as much in its category as in the Clio R3T Trophy series’ across Europe. With this success and its experience, Renault Sport Racing will pursue its efforts to strengthen the already strong position of its trophy in the French rally scene.

Following its competition debut in 2014, the Renault Clio R3T soon displayed its many qualities before building a rich success around the world. Other aspects, such as its extraordinary reliability and its controlled operating costs, have convinced competitors wanting to start or revive their career in a promotional formulas where technical and sporting fairness is priority one.

For edition five of the Clio R3T Trophy France, Renault Sport Racing will once again wager on stability due to the success the format has enjoyed since 2015. The crews will compete on a level playing field in the six rounds of the 2019 French FFSA Tarmac Rally Championship.

The Clio R3T Trophy France is also known for its generous prize scheme and will continue to award the leaders in the general classification as well as the best Juniors (28 years of age and under), Female and Gentleman (45 years of age and more). All the entries will receive start bonuses at each round, in the form of tyres or fuel thanks to the renewed partnership with Michelin and ETS, who have been loyal partners of the Clio R3T Trophy France alongside Sabelt.

At the conclusion of the season that will for the first time include a round in the Vosges region and five other rallies already included on the 2018 calendar, the driver to join Benoît Vaillant, Charles Martin, Cédric Robert and Florian Bernardi on the list of champions will be crowned in the Var Department.
