From La Réunion to Peru, via the special stages of Europe, the three versions of Clio Rally continue to set the pace as the year draws to a close, with four new titles added this weekend !

Réunion Rally Championship

The island’s final rally of the 2024 calendar, the 1000km Rallye de La Réunion, saw Clio Rally3 win its class with Dominique Hoarau and William Jourlin. Winners in Rally3, the pair also secured third place in the championship, only outpaced by Rally2s. Frédéric Chane-Kai and Fabrice Macarty drove Clio Rally4 to another class podium on the same event. Lastly, Samuel Hoarau won with Clio Rally5 and co-driver Stéphane Duverger to successfully defend his Rally5 title and claim the Junior crown.

Peruvian Rally Championship

The final event on the national scene, the Rally de los Campeones, offered a final confrontation for the Peruvian competitors. Unbeaten this year in their class with Clio Rally5, Javier Arce and Mario Acosta continued their winning form, scoring maximum points on day one before repeating the feat the following day. The pair thus secured their second title in the category to add to the one they secured in 2022, also with Clio Rally5.

French Rally Cup

Clio Rally3 and Clio Rally5 also won in France at the Sainte-Baume Rallycircuit. David Sauvaigo and Florian Chardon won Rally3, while Tristan Pieri and Léo Cantallops finished 12th overall to lead a group of five Clio Rally5s by over three and a half minutes.

And elsewhere…

Clio Rally4 and Clio Rally5 scored further successes in Italy on Rally della Fettunta, with Paolo Moricci and Paolo Garavaldi in Rally4 and Michael Guadagnini and Federico Grilli in Rally5. Clio Rally5 also won its class in Spain with Juan Manuel Mañá and David Fernández on the Rally Cangas del Narcea and in Portugal, with a one-two in P2-4 led by Pedro Pereira Jr and Gonçalo Cunha on the Águeda Rali Travocar.
