Clio Trophy Belgium has a new title-winner in Nard Ippen while top Junior Leny Cols won a Clio Rally3 drive for the 2025 Monte-Carlo Rally. Meanwhile, Harry Hannam continued his perfect debut in Clio Cup Middle East, as did Arthur Pelamourgues with Clio Rally3 !
Clio Cup Middle East
Already a double winner at the season opener, Harry Hannam (EBCX Motorsport) continued his perfect Clio Cup Middle East debut at the Dubai Autodrome. The Brit was quickest in both qualifying sessions and won both races, first beating Ivan Tverdohlebov (Continental Racing) and Steve Laidlaw (ARMotors). In the second race, he got the better of Stanislav Novikov (Continental Racing) and Ivan Tverdohlebov. With this latest brace, the karting convert extends his overall lead over Gentlemen Alex Renner (ARMotors) in the general classification and Challengers lead over Sam Laidlaw. The next round occurs on the same circuit on 10 and 11 January 2025.
Clio Trophy Belgium
While Thomas Martens and Eddy Smeets took their maiden Clio Trophy Belgium victory on the Spa Rally, the title went to Dutchman Nard Ippen, co-driven by Jorie Christiaens. On the podium’s third step, Leny Cols and Pascal Lopes secured their place as best Juniors, synonymous with a drive in Clio Rally3 at the 2025 Monte-Carlo Rally. On the same stages, Pierre Hubin and Andy Mawet led a Clio Rally3 one-two finish in RC3.

French Rally Cup
Arthur Pelamourgues caused a sensation in only his second private outing with Clio Rally3. Co-driven by Bastien Pouget, the 2024 Clio Trophy France Asphalte winner finished fourth overall on the Rallye d’Automne Charente-Maritime. The Fun Meca Sport crew steadily got up to speed to join the mix among the Rally2 and RGT entries, with two second-best times. Although they finished only 1.5s off the overall podium, they won Rally3 by more than seven minutes. At the same event, Dorian Deslandes - Léa Pustelnik took top category honours in their Clio Rally4, as did Romain Auvert - Thomas Hareau in their Clio Rally5. Elsewhere in France, Sébastien and Emma Alemany dominated the Clio Rally5 class at the Rallye de Pont-l’Évêque.
And elsewhere…
Vasco Silva and Tiago Fernandes won for the fifth time this season in their Clio Rally4 at the Rali Porto Santo (Portugal) to clinch the Madeira Rally Two-Wheel Drive Championship. At the same rally, André Freitas and Agostinho Bettencourt won the RC5 class in their Clio Rally5. Also in Portugal, Ricardo Domingos and Inês Veiga finished a strong sixth overall with Clio Rally4 at the Rali Alitém. Filip Ocelka and Tomáš Plachý also finished on the two-wheel-drive podium with Clio Rally4 at the Pražský Rallysprint (Czech Republic).
In Italy, Clio Rally5 won its class with Jean-Claude Vallino and Sandro Senesi at Rally del Brunello, Fulvio Chiaberto and Stefano Bruno Franco at Ronde del Canavese and Davide Brega and Paolo Zanini at Pavia Rally Circuit. In the latter event, Clio Rally5 also won the Women’s category with Carola Parodi and Alice Tasselli. Lastly, Clio Rally5 was fourth overall and first Rally5 with Boštjan Avbelj and Damijan Andrejka at round five of the Rally in Circuit in Croatia.
