Marvin Sorin qualifié pour la finale du Clio R3T European Trophy

In finishing second in the Clio R3T European Trophy France behind runaway champion Benoît Vaillant, the winner of four events in total, Marvin Sorin secured his place in the final at the 2016 Rallye Monte-Carlo.

The Team Automeca/Florajet driver looks back on a season in which he scored a notable success at the Tour de Corse.

“We began our 2015 season by getting to grips with the Clio R3T,” explained Marvin Sorin. “It’s a fantastic car. I didn’t expect to have such a great season in terms of performance and support and we ended the campaign on a high note with a maiden win in the Tour de Corse, which is on the WRC calendar.”

Marvin Sorin is now focusing on his next objective : the Rallye Monte-Carlo : “I’m feeling motivated and determined going into this grand final. The first big job is to get some money together. Budget permitting, I’m going to do all I can to get a test session. I’m also going to be working on my pacenote system, which is something you can always do with improving when you only get a couple of reconnaissance runs. I’m not going to leave anything to chance, and my only goal is to win the trophy.”

The winner of the Clio R3T European Trophy final at next year’s Rallye Monte-Carlo will drive a Clio R3T in the 2016 FIA WRC3.
